Beautifully moisturising balm, that softens skin , and is easy to rub into painful, sore joints, anywhere on the body. I use it on my arthritis in my left thumb joint, it also makes me drift off faster at night, with the lavender in it…. Would recommend highly. A little bit goes a long way too. Which is excellent for saving some pennies….!!
